The revival of the sunshine festival is upon us! After three years of being off due to COVID-19, Vernon, BC is finally seeing the return of the beloved summer event, the Sunshine Festival!
A Showcase of local businesses, vendors, food, and entertainment, the Vernon Sunshine Festiva has been a family event for years.
Six blocks of downtown Vernon will be a "car-free" zone for the entire day, with the 2900 block being the kid's zone and the 3400 blocks being the food zone!
This year the food zone will have picnic tables, umbrellas, and the main stage! Bands are going on every hour from 10 am-5 pm!
The kid's zone will have live kids' music and entertainment with an illusionist at 11 am and a reptile show at noon.
The best part about this event is it is free to attend!
